Design and build of 2 bedroom Annex house
Rather than simply extending the original property, we wanted to separate the new structure from the old, "to retain and express their individual identities." The L-shaped layout of the open-plan living room and kitchen wraps around the south-facing garden. A sheltered terrace runs along one edge, with easy access to the swimming pool that sits opposite.
